93 Carrington Street, Adelaide.Alliance Commercial recently completed the successful fitout at 93 Carrington Street for Stanley & Co. Lawyers. The two floor fitout was completed within an eight week program and consisted of new joinery including timber shelving with feature brass rods, as well as terrazzo stone throughout, workstations and furniture, an upgrade of the existing staircase, new epoxy flooring and powdercoated black aluminium frames.
This project also featured new bathrooms with high end sanitary and tapware, tiling throughout and new toilet partitions. A great feature of this fitout was the external upgrade with split level painting to the entire facade and painting to the L1 balcony. Alliance Commercial also installed new track lighting through the open breakout space, as well as suspended pendants in the boardroom and reception.
