Bloom
38 Winwood Street, Thebarton.Alliance has recently completed Bloom, a new wedding and function venue in Thebarton. Bloom was awarded following the successful completion of the Peter Rabbit refurbishment and extension. Bloom was refurbished in an 1800’s tram barn, which features a new restaurant with a masonry hearth for cooking over charcoal.
Other features include a commercial kitchen with new equipment, pendant lighting throughout, a bar with Tasmanian Oak timber throughout including solid benchtops, as well as fabric and planters above.
Bloom also extended to the outdoors, with a new structural steel and timber gable verandah featuring large painted timber trusses which seats up to 100 people. There is also stunning landscaping to the back function space including a new circular timber deck and a row of olive trees.
