Allstate Pest Control
56 Deeds Road, North Plympton.Alliance has recently completed the 2 floor office and warehouse refurbishment for Allstate Pest Control, a very rewarding project. The fitout included refurbishing the current office space upstairs which provides a cohesive and professional look. The fitout includes modern furnishings that prioritise comfort and productivity, ensuring that employees can work efficiently.
Downstairs includes two new sleek bathrooms, multiple private offices and an open waiting area that can be utilised as a function space.
The refurbishment included the removal of the existing absestos roof and replaced with new colourbond monument and insulation. The exterior was patched, rendered and painted for the office facade. The external civil landscaping was removed with soil then re-levelled over 1200m². New asphalt and spoon drains were then formed for the new carparking.
