Level 6, 70 Franklin Street, Adelaide.The Alliance team are thrilled to have been awarded this high spec fitout for Epic Energy, after an extensive tender process. The full floor fitout has a total floor area of 1100m2 and included the demolition and removal of the existing fitout.
The new fitout included metal mesh features throughout, painted slab and open ceiling to the breakout and kitchen area that also included joinery and planter features.
The fitout also has a 24hr operating control room which required a new backup generator and condenser unit to be craned on top of the 17th floor, feature joinery with stone benchtops and formed curved concrete island, Stylecraft furniture and workstations, feature floor ceramic and carpet tiles, powdercoated pink sand and black aluminium frames with glazing and film, feature pendants and wall lights, audio visual equipment, security and other services.
