DTF Wakefield House L3
30 Wakefield Street, AdelaideAlliance has recently completed the level 3 fitout, bathroom upgrades and roofing works at Wakefield House for DTF. Alliance liaised with Ventia, DIT, DTF and the consultants throughout the procurement stage to the successful handover and completion of this challenging yet rewarding open office space.
The fitout began with a large demolition process stripping back all the existing roofing, flooring, workstations and partitions. The finish product produced a aesthetically pleasing open office plan which included sit to stand workstations, a lustrous kitchen packed with joinery, two large meeting rooms subdivided with operable walls, DDA approved male and female bathrooms, multiple offices and quiet rooms fitted for the clients needs.
