149 Flinders Street, Adelaide.Alliance Commercial has recently completed this high spec lobby refurbishment and external upgrade at 149 Flinders Street in Adelaide’s CBD.
Internal features include a circular aluminium recessed tile transition strip, with a suspended custom LED light positioned above, as well as glass panel doors with LED lights displaying the feature Baresque wallpaper and mesh film.
Other internal features include tiled joinery with planters, upholstery, curved channel with LED strip lighting, illuminated signage, a commercial display screen, as well as concealed aluminium sliding stacker doors.
External features include a new entrance portal tiled with illuminated signage, feature mesh glazing film to external lift windows, new outdoor umbrellas fixed to formed 600dia concrete and The Balcony Garden pot plants.
